  • 8 oz pkg cracker barrell brand sharp chedder cold pack ceese food
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP chopped pimento
  • 2 TBSP chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  1. Combine cheese and butter, mix until well blended
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Mold into cold pack container coated with margarine
  5. Chill until firm, unmold.
  6. Garnish with parsley and pimento strips

    PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL

    • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 (8-ounce) bar cream cheese
    • ¼ cup solid pack canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
    • ¼ cup pineapple or apricot preserves
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

    Blend all the ingredients until smooth in a food processor or with an electric mixer. Use a spatula to mound on a sheet of plastic wrap; pull up ends to form a rough ball. Chill about 2 hours to firm, then form into a pumpkin shape. Refrigerate, covered. To serve, surround with crackers, toasts or apple wedges and provide a canapé knife for spreading. Makes 24 servings. Per serving: 78 calories (71 percent from fat), 6.3 g fat (3.9 g saturated, 1.8 g monounsaturated), 19.3 mg cholesterol, 2.8 g protein, 2.9 g carbohydrates, 0.2 g fiber, 163.9 mg sodium.

    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbs. brown sugar
    3/4 cup confectioners sugar
    3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
    3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
    Chocolate Graham crackers

    Beat softened cream cheese, butter, & vanilla until creamy. Slowly add sugars until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Place mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
